Chris Bryant is an award-winning trainer, consultant, and coach in equipping sales and service individuals and organizations to deliver a world-class level of service. His expertise in elite service was inspired and honed by a career with legendary brands that include Nordstrom and the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. He served as a Company Speaker with the Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center and Director of Training for the largest Ritz-Carlton in North America. In his role, the beautiful and massive property became the #1 ranked Ritz-Carlton in guest satisfaction for the entire iconic brand.
In 2011, he was “drafted” by the NBA to offer his expertise in professional sports. His first stop, the iconic Madison Square Garden Arena and home of the New York Knicks, New York Rangers and New York Liberty. Chris and Bryant Group Experience have now worked with over 50 franchises in every major sport and are training over 10,000 sales and service professionals on an annual basis. His expertise led the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Charlotte Hornets to become league leaders in customer service and the Miami Dolphins reached the top 10 for service delivery in just three years.
Mr. Bryant is a former Newspaper Columnist, graduate of Michigan State University and completed the Executive Leadership Program at University of Southern California Graduate School of Business. He is also the author of a soon to be released book entitled FanCentric Service™.
He once trained the great Michael Jordan (owner of the Charlotte Hornets) in the principles for building a service-centric organization, and he was a contestant and big winner on the Price is Right Game Show. Come on down!
Lindsey Banks is an award-winning sports professional with over 5 years of sales and service experience for teams in the NFL, NBA, and the NHL. Her love for providing one-of-a kind fan memories began as an Inside Sales representative at the Los Angeles Clippers. While with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Lindsey mastered the art of creating exceptional experiences as a member of #1 rated service and retention team in the NFL for three consecutive seasons. If that was not enough; she went on to win the Teammate of the Year Award in 2016.
Adding to an already impressive career, Lindsey helped launch the first-ever professional sports franchise in the city of Las Vegas. As Manager of Premium Services for the NHL’s Vegas Golden Knights, she played an integral role in setting the club standard for the premium experience as the expansion team went to the Stanley Cup Final in their inaugural season.
Equipping sales and service professionals to build better relationships, increase retention, drive referrals and boost revenue is a passion she hopes to share with organizations around the world. As Director of Program Development for the Bryant Group, Lindsey is well-poised to help your staff achieve next-level results and boost brand loyalty. Christel has represented beauty companies such as Guerlain, Anna Sui, GUCCI Parfums, ARTISTRY, 29 Cosmetics, and Deborah Lippmanand L’occitane. In addition, she has held senior training and development positions for prestigious brands that include Tourneau, TAG Heuer, Montblanc, Russell Simmons and Hello Kitty fine jewelry. Her insight, expertise and engaging style is known to audiences throughout the United States and abroad. She’s traveled internationally to educate and equip business professionals in Canada, Europe, and Asia.
Christel has continually fine-tuned her craft and broadened her impact to include professional sports. She helped to equip and inspire over 3,000 game-day staff for the Miami Dolphins and the new Hard Rock Stadium.Her work has been featured on the runways of New York, Sephora.com, Fox TV, Quixtar.com, The New York Times and Beauty Fashion. Christel graduated from the University of Memphis and now resides in New York City and Los Angeles. In addition to her work in professional sports, her background includes Fortune 500 companies and industry leaders in energy, education, non-profit, hospitality, finance and more. Her zeal for raising the bar in business performance started at early age. At only 17 years old, Tiana became one of the youngest managers to oversee business operations, employee development and talent acquisition for a leading brand. Tiana has helped train over 8,000 game-day staff for multiple stadiums and arenas in the NBA and NFL.

Mark is a dynamic speaker, coach and business performance expert. He has a knack for building organizational capability and achieving meaningful results through empowering people, maximizing talent and performance coaching. Mark began his career in sales for the Hershey Company, a global Fortune 500 organization. During a twenty-year tenure, he subsequently led talent development and organizational effectiveness for Hershey during several organizational transformations. His client-facing responsibilities included business development, sales team leadership, diversity, employee engagement, talent acquisition, human capital metrics, and performance optimization for North America, Latin America and EMEA.
Mark now offers his expertise to train business professionals, managers and executives for marquee organizations in professional sports, finance, automotive, retail, transportation, entertainment and more.
